Sail kit folds for easy portability.  Goes in bag (available for $39 but not included) that is about like a set of golf clubs.   We have taken hull and sail kit in two checked bags on the airlines and never been charged excess weight or size fees.   Unfolds and attached to kayak in about 20 minutes.  Or, car top it inflated with frame pieces attached, and cut set up time to 5 minutes.
